Dear Valued Customer,

On September 24, 2025, the holding companies of 1st Colonial Community Bank and Mid Penn Bank announced the intended merger of our organizations. This combination further strengthens two financially sound institutions, delivering best in class products and services throughout the communities we serve.

Together, we have the capacity to continue making investments in our team members, as well as our technology platform to deliver an even better client experience.

Enhanced services with greater convenience. With increased capacity to lend, a larger branch network, and a continued commitment to smart banking tools and technology, 1st Colonial Community Bank will have the resources and market presence to better meet your needs. When the merger is complete, you'll have access to over 60 full-service branch locations throughout Pennsylvania and central and southern New Jersey.

Continued commitment to community banking and our neighborhoods. As 1st Colonial Community Bank merges with Mid Penn Bank, we will remain a community bank and will stay committed to providing community banking services, reinvesting deposits in loans that support local economic growth and job creation and giving back generously to the cities and towns we serve.

Local leadership, with service from trusted team members. This merger will combine two great teams of dedicated employees who are focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience for you.

You'll enjoy continued access to local decision-makers and day-to-day service by the same employees you know and have banked with for years.

Minimal impact to bank services. While some changes will be necessary to bring about a combined, best-in-class experience, we will do everything possible to eliminate any service disruption. We anticipate this transaction closing in the 1st or 2nd quarter of 2026, followed by a core banking system conversion projected to also be in the 2nd quarter. We will keep you informed as we progress and assure you we will provide timely and consistent communication along the way. In the meantime, simply bank as you normally would as a valued customer of 1st Colonial Community Bank.

Fully insured deposits. When the merger is complete, your deposits will remain fully insured through the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).

You have our commitment that we will make this merger as seamless as possible for you.

As always, we thank you for your continued loyalty and trust.

Sincerely,

Robert White, President & CEO
