Mark has been a commercial lender with 1st Colonial Community Bank since 2006. With more than 20 years of banking experience, Mark handles both commercial and residential real estate lending, specializing real estate investing and new construction development. Mark’s strength is understanding customers’ short and long-term goals and providing appropriately structured funding consistently, on time and at a personal level. In his free time, Mark is an avid cyclist.

In his role as Business Development Officer, Randy utilizes his experience and deep knowledge commercial banking services to lead the bank in the business development arena. With more than 19 years of banking experience Randy is dedicated to serving the banking needs of businesses in South Jersey, making him an ideal candidate to grow the bank's footprint in the local market.
Roy S. Probst
Senior Vice President
Roy has been in commercial banking for 40 years, and with 1st Colonial Community Bank for the last 12 years, specializing in commercial lending. Roy has a BA in Economics from West Chester University and attended Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Rutgers, New Brunswick. He is involved with the local Rotary Club and works with IHOC – Interfaith Homeless Outreach Council in Camden, along with Urban Promise. Roy and his wife Pam have two sons and six grandchildren living in the area, which keeps them busy.
Kelly E. Trimble
Kelly brings more than 15 years of industry experience to the 1st Colonial’s commercial lending team. She has worked throughout the Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia region specializing in commercial real estate lending, specifically the acquisition, development and construction of both residential and commercial properties. Kelly resides in Haddon Township with her husband Ryan Kruc and their 3 children.
Michael Feeley joins the bank as Vice President, Commercial Lending. Michael has worked in banking for more than 13 years throughout New Jersey and Southeastern PA. In his new role, Michael will focus on helping clients finance the acquisition and construction or renovation of both residential and commercial real estate. Michael lives in Haddon Heights with his wife Brooke and their three children.
Matt has spent the better part of 25 years in various leadership and sales management roles, most recently leading the charge in this market for Trust Financial Corporation as they completed one of the largest Mergers and Acquisitions in over a decade. Matt brings tremendous experience and proven success in acquisition and development of client relationships throughout the Tri-State area. Matt was born and raised in Haddonfield, where he and his wife of almost 20 years, Elizabeth Walsh, are currently raising 3 boys, Michael (17), Connor (14), and Sean (13). Matt enjoys spending his free time with his family, and can most often be found on a field, or in a gymnasium somewhere with his wife and kids! He attempts to golf, and pretends to fish, but is always doing both with friends and a smile!
